Lil Wayne
Concert Review Britney Spears Circus
3/16/09 TD BankNorth Garden
Boston, Mass
Pussycat Dolls
Going to Britney Spears with the Pussycat Dolls opening was all about Britney for me. Yes, I've listened to their songs on the radio but never considered seeing them on tour. I had a relatively closed mind and was just going into it with all my eggs in the Britney Basket. I was ecstatic for this concert since December 3, when the tickets came out. Well, I'd have to say the Pussycat Dolls really brought it and may of showed up the Pop Princess in a couple areas. Nicole Scherzinger the lead singer of Pussycat Dolls can actually sing, she would hold her notes long after she needed to and she is truly just as good as on CD. My major complaint with the Pussycat Dolls is I feel like its a one women group and the rest just dance around sing parts of the chorus and groove in there own stripper ways. While there performance couldn't compare to Britney they certainly did there part by pumping up the crowd.
Britney, Britney, Britney! I must say going into this tour I was partially scared that she would have another meltdown and I would miss out on the comeback tour. I've been ready for this tour since the day Britney decided to shave her head and the numerous news report of her problems. I have to agree with Jeremy Piven's Ari Gold on Entourage "This town loves a comeback..." referring to Hollywood there is a more explicit part of the quote that has to do with Britney directly but that's besides a point. America wants to see a comeback. Wouldn't we all love to see her get her act together and succeed? I think we do and She did! She may not of sung her songs live but she was upbeat and definatly fun to watch. I'd say that she say 2 songs live, one being Everytime (thank ruby for the headsup) which was slow paced and she floated around the stadium on a large sized umbrella. I would of course like to of seen her sing more of her songs but for right now I'll settle for what I consider to be the best concert I've attended. Another complaint I have is they didn't play too many song off of the Circus Album. She performed Circus, Womanizer, If U Seek Amy, and Radar. (which i don't even consider, because I got that song on her Blackout album as well.) Other enjoyable acts of the show were the side show acts after the Pussycat Dolls, she had everything from gymnasts to dancing Ninjas. It was an enjoyable performance and other tours just won't compare in the future. For More Pics Click the Links Below

JaSam Fans Get Louder
"Nothing concrete just a few whispers that the door for Liz and Jason might not be as closed as previously thought."
If we want our couple I suggest we get louder with emails, phone calls, and the mags.

Sami's Highlights on Todays Episode
- I really enjoyed the Rebecca and Liz scenes today. We got to see more of a personality from Rebecca besides her bitchy attitude towards anyone who thinks she is Emily. I don't see what the big deal is, I think Rebecca is a tad bit overreacting. But love this new biker NL more than the infamous goody two shoes Emily.
- Loved the JoMax hug right in front of Lulu, that was a slap in the face towards her.
- Loved how Jason was escorting Sam threw the fire with his arm draped around her back.
- Loved how Johnny basically ditched Lulu to check in on his sister, and ran out the door as she was still talking.
- Love any scene with Mac and Maxie. Love that despite the fact that Maxie just made out with Johnny, Lulu still offered to stay there with her and wait for Spinelli.
- Loved the Emma and Mac scene but I think Sonny appearing kind of killed it.
- Gotta love Jason's devotion to Spinelli.
DisLikes:
- Hated the Jolu scene, the spark is definitely missing from these two and you can tell trouble lies ahead.
- Hated that Ric was so quick to turn his back on Claudia.
- Hate that Patrick can't even see his family after all he did for the FBI.
- Hate that all Johnny complains about is his prescious Lulu finding out and dumping him.
- I love Maxie but Hate how she was pimping Johnny, hello you guys almost had sex now your pimping Johnny to Lulu.

Nothing to do with GH but Had to

"But it was all too real when hotel staff saw that one of the sharks from
the famous resort aquarium had somehow jumped out of its tank and onto a nearby
water slide -- where it managed to slide down into the pool. It all went down
before the pool opened Tuesday -- so nobody was in the water -- but here's where
it gets tragic: A rep for the Atlantis tells TMZ the shark died a short time
after swimming in the chlorinated water. Here's the heartbreaking statement:
"Yesterday morning at around 9:30 AM, prior to the resort's waterscape opening
to guests, a 12+-year-old female reef shark jumped over an 18 inch wide and 1
foot high sustaining structure into the resort's Leap of Faith water slide. The
Atlantis Aquarists believe the shark was startled by an unusual circumstance
that we have no way of defining completely. In the over ten years guests have
experienced the Leap of Faith, the reef shark itself, harmless to humans as it
is fed regularly by our staff, had shown no previous incidences of leaping out
of the water in the marine habitat ...... The
habitat itself is part of the resort's open system which filters water from the
Atlantic Ocean and is completely separated from the chlorinated water system on
the slides. Once the shark fell onto the slide and into the chlorinated water,
it was in significant distress. The Marine Aquarium Operations team responded
immediately and was able to retrieve the animal at the bottom of the slide and
return the animal to the main marine habitat in an attempt to resuscitate her.
Despite the team's best efforts to recover the animal, it died shortly after the
occurrence. There was no danger to our guests or staff, both of whom interact
with these sharks daily in our various interactive programs (we have guests
enter the shark habitat to swim and interact with the sharks in bathing attire
only). In fact, our concern was for the animal itself who defied nature to take
this leap. The entire team at Atlantis is truly saddened by the loss of this
animal who had resided in the Atlantis marine habitat for over ten years."
