Update on Murdered Boy's Photo on NightShift

A few months ago I told you about the incident where Christopher Barrios' photo ended up being used on Nighshift. Click Here for past Article. The photo was used as a photo of Touissant's (Billy Dee Williams) son that he abandoned many years ago. Christophers grandmother Sue Rodriquez says ""They ain't got no right doing that -- not a bit of right," after seeing a clip of the show. Now a Lawyer of the Barrio family is trying to figure out how this incident happened. The lawyer found out that a prop master was told to do a google search for a photo of child that resembled Billy Dee Williams. The prop master did a google search for "Black Children" and some how ended up choosing Christopher Barrios' picture. After learning of the incident ABC issued an applogy, "We offer our deepest condolences to the Barrios family for their loss and our sincerest apologies for any pain caused by our mistake." The network than issued a Public Service Announcement on missing and exploited children in Christopher's honor. The PSA aired on SOAPnet. The Barrios family wants to handle this matter out of court, but if they don't get the answers they want than they'll have no choice.
